Where the models diverge
The gap is everything a buyer sees. BreederCloudPro's public-facing feature is its "eKennel" — a hosted kennel page with galleries and litter availability. It's a profile page in their system, reviewed by third parties as closer to a directory listing than a standalone site. What we couldn't find anywhere in their materials: your own custom domain, customer email tools, or a review system that builds your kennel's name.
Whelpify starts from the opposite end: the website is the product — your brand, your domain, pages for dogs, litters, puppies, reviews, and your story — and the management layer (records, heat cycles, pedigrees, waitlist, payments with 0% commission via Stripe or logged Zelle/Venmo, customer emails) hangs off it, keeping the public site current automatically.

Genuinely: if your program already has a website you love — or you sell entirely through word of mouth and just need clean records — BreederCloudPro at $7–14 a month is a sensible buy, and switching wouldn't be worth it for the records alone.
