When Does My Plan Start?
With a custom build, share your details first. No card is needed to request or review your website. Review it and ask for changes, then approve the design and enter your payment details to start your plan. Monthly plans begin with a 30-day trial for new customers. Annual plans are paid at approval, with no trial. You can also choose to build your own website and start your plan right away.
How Does the Founder Price Lock Work?
Your founder rate stays locked while the subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel and later restart, the pricing available at that time applies.
Can I Switch Plans Later?
Yes. Contact Whelpify support and we will help with a plan or billing-cycle change. Self-service switching is not currently available in the Stripe billing portal.

Are There Transaction Fees on My Sales?
Whelpify never takes a percentage of your sales. Card payments carry Stripe's standard processing fees, paid to Stripe. Offline methods like Zelle and Venmo cost nothing extra.
What Happens to My Data If I Cancel?
You can export your waitlist, customers, payments, and offers to CSV anytime. Canceling stops future charges at the end of your billing period, and your data stays safe in your account. Contact support whenever you want it permanently deleted.
When Do I Get My Free Custom Domain?
Annual plans unlock a free standard .com for one year after your first successful payment when you activate your website, with no trial. Monthly plans unlock it after two successful monthly payments. A trial does not count as a payment. Claim your domain from Website, then Custom Domain. After the first year, paid renewal applies at the price shown before you claim. One new standard .com per billing account. Premium names and transfers are not included.
What Web Address Does My Site Get?
Your included address is your-kennel.whelpify.com. Connect a domain you own, or claim a free first-year standard .com after your first successful annual payment or second successful monthly payment. We handle setup and SSL. Renewal pricing is shown before you claim, and the domain belongs to you.
