Pricing Questions, Answered

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Contact Whelpify support and we will help with a plan or billing-cycle change. Self-service switching is not currently available in the Stripe billing portal.

How does the founder price lock work?

Your founder rate stays locked while the subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel and later restart, the pricing available at that time applies.

Can I try it before I sign up?

Twice over. Explore the live demo site and demo dashboard instantly — no signup, no credit card. Then when you're ready, every plan starts with a 30-day free trial: you won't be charged until it ends, and you can cancel anytime before then and pay nothing.

Are there transaction fees on my sales?

Whelpify never takes a percentage of your sales. Card payments carry Stripe's standard processing fees, paid to Stripe — offline methods like Zelle and Venmo cost nothing extra.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export your waitlist, customers, payments, and offers to CSV anytime. Canceling stops future charges at the end of your billing period, and your data stays safe in your account — contact support whenever you want it permanently deleted.

What web address does my site get?

Every site lives at your-kennel.whelpify.com, included with every plan. You can also connect your own custom domain — or buy a new one right from your dashboard — with DNS instructions and SSL handled for you.
